About The Role

The Hearthstone Concierge will be performing a variety of resident-focused activities that minister to aging people’s spiritual, social, emotional, intellectual and physical needs.

Part-time: Saturdays and Sundays 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

• Perform activity responsibilities.
• Maintain and monitor activity sign-up sheets.
• Responsible for lobby environment and use of fireplace and piano.
• Responsible for answering transportation questions and making arrangements for residents when needed.
• Encourage residents to participate in group activities.
• Maintain awareness of individual resident interests and promote activities that correspond with them.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and at least six months customer service or related healthcare experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired.
• Possess basic personal computer skills and ability to utilize various software programs.
