Facilities Director

Anticipated Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:00am – 5:00pm) with “On Call” for Emergencies only

Qualifications/ Job Requirements:

· 5 years’ experience in facilities management

· Computer Literacy (MS Office Suite or Better)

· Valid driver’s license

· Working vehicle that can transport supplies, tools and equipment

· Able to travel between locations in different cities (travel may vary in frequency and duration)

· HVAC repairs & maintenance

· Refrigeration

· Vent hood system repairs & maintenance

· Plumbing

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Coordinating 50 vendors to maintain 25 Restaurants throughout growing Texas market

· Hiring, training & managing a team of multiple technicians

· Coordinating special/small projects, store refresh’s & remodels

· Repairs & maintenance quote/invoice administration

· Locating & establishing relationship with vendors throughout the Texas market regularly

· HVAC

· Vent hood systems

· Plumbing

· Landscaping

· Irrigation

· Fire suppression

· Coordinating all facility permit renewals & inspections

· New store décor purchasing

· New store décor installation coordination

· Facilities warehouse management

· Weekly budget reviews & store expenses

· Maintaining internal tracker systems

· Assisting in training store maintenance personnel

· Assisting with Food truck division repairs & maintenance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
