Freedom Flood is Hiring a Restoration Technician (Demo/Water/Fire/Mold) Near Emory, TX

We are seeking a Demolition/Water/Fire/Mold Damage Restoration Technician to become a part of our team! You will perform necessary work to remove damaged materials from water/fire damaged homes/businesses and assist in the dry-out through pack-out of personal belongings, set-up of equipment and monitoring of the jobsite.

Duties to Include:

  • Removing water/fire damaged materials per scope provided by supervisor: removal of drywall on walls/ceilings, disconnecting plumbing fixtures (sinks, dishwashers, garbage disposals, drains etc.), Removal of vanities, cabinets, countertops, removal of showers/tubs, removal of all flooring types including carpet and hard floor coverings, etc.
  • Place, monitor, and remove dry-out equipment
  • Maintain a clean and a safe work space

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in construction/demo
  • Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Reliable transportation
  • Valid TX Driver's License
  • Team Oriented
  • MUST be able to work weekends when needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • On call
  • Overtime
  • Weekends as needed
