Job Overview:
Luna Architecture, located in San Antonio, TX is currently hiring highly motivated individuals to fill a full-time position as a Project Manager/ Architect with hospitality and multi-family design experience.

The candidates will need to reflect our firm’s values for outstanding service, creativity, collaboration and be willing to join a team that works in multiple architectural market segments.

The ideal candidates will be able to work as a Project Manager (PM)/ Architect to fulfill the role of this salaried position. This position requires a minimum of three years’ experience.

The PM/ Architect position will require the following responsibilities and experience:

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in producing architectural commercial construction documents for restaurant, hotel, and multi-family project types.
• Highly organized and able to coordinate projects with production staff
• High level of proficiency primarily in REVIT, and AutoCAD
• Understanding of current building code applications
• Significant level of technical understanding of construction means and methods
• Responsible for creating and assisting in technical construction documentation and detailing
• Ability to communicate and work well with staff and clients
• Strong communication skills; both verbal and written
• Self-motivated with an attention to detail and ability to self-supervise/ self-regulate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Revit: 1 year (Preferred)
• Sketchup: 1 year (Preferred)
