LPA is seeking a passionate Project Architect to join our integrated team of architects, engineers, interior designers, landscape architects and master planners. Our San Antonio studio is continuing to grow, and you’ll have the opportunity to be a central part of our development. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with team members across studios on projects that are both local and across Texas and California. Our clients are both public and private and represent nine different market segments allowing your career to take many different trajectories.

The salary range for this position is $83,000 - $125,000 and is eligible for annual bonus. If you are hired at LPA, your base salary is based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience and/or project complexity. We believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer.
