Position Overview:

We are seeking motivated and outgoing individuals to join our team as Field Appointment Setters. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers directly at their homes, educating them about the savings they can receive with renewable energy, and scheduling appointments for our Energy Advisors. Your main objective will be to generate high-quality appointments, enabling our Energy Advisors to engage with interested prospects and present our renewable energy products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct visits in residential areas to generate interest in Luminous Energy products and services.
  • Engage with homeowners in a friendly and professional manner, explaining the benefits of renewable energy and our sustainable solutions.
  • Schedule appointments for our Energy Advisors, ensuring accurate and detailed information is recorded.
  • Maintain a well-organized record of leads, prospects and routes.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to align strategies and achieve team targets.
  • Provide timely feedback and reports on customer interactions and appointment setting activities.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in outside sales or appointment setting preferred but not required.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Friendly, persuasive, and confident demeanor.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with customers.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet or exceed targets.
  • Proficient computer skills, including CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with renewable energy and a passion for environmental sustainability is a plus.
