about this team
The Analyst, Fulfillment Planning role is a critical position in driving North America distribution and logistics service level and financial performance. The role will report to the Senior Manager, Fulfillment Optimization and will partner and collaborate with a team of Fulfillment Analysts and many cross-functional groups throughout the organization, including Strategic Sales, DC Operations, Distribution Excellence and Outbound Logistics.
The key mandate of this role is to drive operational improvements in the Strategic Sales channel. This individual will influence fulfillment strategy and optimization by leveraging data and providing insightful outcomes to identify and quantify optimization opportunities.
a day in the life:

• Drive activities to gather accurate Strategic Sales forecasts across channels at daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly planning horizons and support in driving forecast accuracy improvements through visibility and coordination.
• Partner with the DC Leadership teams and the Labour Planning & Optimizations team to collect accurate capacity inputs into our network models, coordinating with x-functional business partners to inform discussion and drive decisions with key stakeholders, with a focus on proactively reacting to changes in demand or capacity.
• Develop an understanding of key future initiatives impacting Strategic Sales channel and our Distribution centers servicing them; supporting as the subject matter expert for both.
• Identify new optimization opportunities across the whole fulfillment network and support existing optimization initiatives.
• Analyze fulfillment business decisions using data, coming to insightful outcomes that identifies and quantifies opportunities - to support Functional owners responsible for fulfilment decision-making.
• Partner cross-functionally to enhance existing models, seeking out additional data sources, connections, and analytical opportunities to improve visibility and decision-making.

qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in business analysis or insight delivery. Vertical retail and omni channel experience is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to conduct complex fulfillment network modeling and financial analysis.
• Strong end-to-end understanding of fulfillment network design and concept
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; Self-starter approach to work, with an eagerness to consistently meet and exceed objectives and take on more responsibility.
• Undisputed integrity, personal and business ethics; ability to build trust and respect with different stakeholder groups.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook & Word) and working knowledge of Power BI is required. Experience with SQL and other database reporting an asset.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field - Business, Data Analytics, statistics, mathematics

Compensation and Benefits Package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $81,100-106,500 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
