Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results driven Inside Sales Representative specializing in fresh Asian fruits and vegetables, grown on our own farms, to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales deals. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong sales skills and a passion for produce sales.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls (cold calls), to potential customers to introduce our fresh Asian produce and services
- Identify and qualify leads through effective telemarketing techniques
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Utilize a data collection method to track customer interactions, update information, and manage sales pipeline
- Negotiate pricing and contracts to close sales deals
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and market penetration
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors' offerings to effectively communicate the value of our products

Requirements:
- Proven experience in inside sales or telemarketing
- Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software, Famous software experience is a plus.
- Bilingual in English and either Mandarin or Cantonese is a required
- Knowledge of fresh produce sales is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong negotiation skills

Pay: $60,280.09 - $72,595.38 per year
