Job Description
PBX Receptionist/Office Specialist-greet and assist all visitors and employees. Operates multi-line telephone console, gives routine information to the public; answer and direct/transfers incoming phone calls as well as perform basic clerical duties. Provide employee access (entry) to the second floor. Qualifications: Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge for successful performance would be qualifying. Typical qualifications would be equivalent to completion of high school supplemented by six (6) months' experience in an organization performing duties comparable to those of a telephone switchboard operators and/or general clerk/typists; or graduation from an accredited business school/college with courses in business practices and typing. Current employees in this position earn: $15.50 - $20.25 per hour
