Our newest concept, The Orchard Tavern
is looking for a part time Bar Manager! We are looking for a Creative and Detail oriented person with a passion for people, mixology, food and the community.
This is a great long term opportunity for a person with the right skills that can grow into a full-time Management position. We are looking for someone with a skillset in a bar setting who can work part time bartending as well as closing down the restaurant.

Description
Oversee every aspect restaurant / operations
Ensures excellent guest service that meets or exceeds expectations
Ensures that the business is adequately staffed to meet guest needs
Manage all shifts, which include daily decision-making, staff support, scheduling and planning while upholding standards, product quality and cleanliness.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a manager in bar/restaurant
Demonstrated leadership skills, including coaching, teaching and motivating a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 32 per week
