Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Bar Manager to lead our team and oversee all aspects of our bar operations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about mixology, have a strong background in hospitality management, and possess excellent leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of bar operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining par levels

• Develop and maintain a creative and innovative cocktail menu that reflects current trends and guest preferences

• Train, mentor, and motivate bar staff to ensure exceptional service standards are met

• Create and enforce policies and procedures to ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

• Monitor and control costs to maximize profitability while maintaining quality standards

• Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints in a professional and timely manner

• Collaborate with other department managers to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction

• Conduct regular staff meetings and performance evaluations to provide feedback and support professional development

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and storage areas

• Stay informed about industry trends and developments to continuously improve the bar's offerings and operations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume bar or restaurant environment

• Strong knowledge of mixology and cocktail preparation techniques

• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills

• Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in inventory management and cost control techniques

• Familiarity with POS systems and other bar-related software
