What You Will Do:
In this role, you will develop and create demand for TempRite’s Corzan CPVC product via end user customer facing activities at the Ownership level, Engineer design phase, EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) sector, and to exhibit installation expertise with the Mechanical Contractor. You will conduct market evaluation and business development exercises, as well as build relationships through professional sales presentations and installation trainings. You will drive the increase of Corzan usage in the Industrial sector that will in-turn lead to positive sales growth internally and externally at the direct customer level. In this role, you will:
  • Drive loyalty and demand for Corzan CPVC through relationships developed at the Ownership, Engineering, EPC, and Contractor level.
  • Target the engineer and ownership level to ensure the usage of Corzan CPVC.
  • Develop and execute an Individual Territory Plan that allocates effort efficiently across distinct types of decision influencers to optimize our business growth profile.
  • Collaborate with Market Segment Manager on development and execution of our go-to-market strategies.
  • Attend and support trade shows and conferences to promote the benefits of Corzan within the overall Industrial sector.
  • Complete high quality and timely CRM reporting per established guidelines and assigned KPI’s (Engineer Lunch & Learns, Sales activities, Project deals, Specifications, and trainings).
  • Develop a thorough understanding of technology, key product attributes, applications, and performance requirements in the focus market segment.
  • Identify, develop, and implement business development initiatives that open the available market for Corzan.
Skills That Make A Difference:
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university – Business or Technical.
  • Minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the Industrial Sales Industry or EPC Sector.
  • Heavy Industrial Piping Experience preferred.
  • Ability to travel domestically (60%).
  • Demonstrated abilities and successes in implementing new product, solution, technology, and value selling programs.
  • Excellent sales and communication skills, as demonstrated by the ability to develop and deliver professional presentations.
  • Candidate must reside in the Kansas City Area.
