This is a part-time position for a medical receptionist who will have duties such as:
-Answering phones on a multiple-line VOIP phone system
-Talking with parents about our services for children affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder
-Greeting clients and families daily
-Coordinating drop-off and pick-up of clients
-Office procurement
-Receiving shipments
-Maintaining spreadsheets and data collection
-Creating announcements to clients and staff
-Taking inventory
-Collecting, sorting, and sending mail daily
-Copying, faxing, scanning, and other general office work
-Creating basic formulas in Microsoft Excel
-Working knowledge of Microsoft word
-Maintaining multiple calendars
-Regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
-Other receptionist/administrative duties as assigned
-Working hours for this position are 1:00PM-6:30PM
The ideal candidate has a very friendly demeanor, gets along well with others, takes initiative, is creative, highly organized and can decorate the clinic seasonally. Spelling, grammar, and an upbeat, positive attitude are a must. The hours are 1:00pm-6:30pm, Monday through Friday. Pay is based upon experience and abilities.
