Comfort Suites - University in Lubbock, TX is looking for a front desk agent to join the strong team. An ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and engaged.
Responsibilities include:
- *Greeting and welcoming guests in a friendly and professional manner *Answering and screening phone calls *Booking, creating, and organizing room reservations *Maintaining lobby cleanliness *Providing a warm and hospitable environment for guests
Qualifications
- *Proven experience working as a front desk agent or similar position *Knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing documents *Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner *Time-management and multi-tasking skills
