Overview:
We are seeking bilingual individuals in Vietnamese to join our team as a Client Relations Representative. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with customers and has a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Communicate effectively in English and Vietnamese, both verbally and in writing to assist our Vietnamese-speaking customers
- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers' needs and offering appropriate solutions
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Accurately enter customer information and interactions into the database
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette to ensure positive customer experiences
Experience:
- Previous experience in office environment or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively communicate in English and Vietnamese
- Experience in sales or upselling is a plus
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
