We are currently hiring an experienced Construction Claims Analyst in Atlanta, GA to support our federal client, the Department of Veterans Affairs, with their construction program. This position will support a variety of projects taking place on a Government health care facility. As such, the ability to pass a government background check is required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for construction analysis, feasibility reports, cost loaded schedules, independent government construction estimates, change orders and modifications.
• Provides oversight and evaluation concerning all construction disciplines as they pertain to all project work.
• Independently responsible and accountable for reports necessary in the development and concepts of design projects, and review of design submittals, constructability in determining modifications.
• Determines documentation needed based on results of a stop work, unforeseen conditions in the result of change orders

Professional Qualifications:

• Minimum of twelve (12) years of experience in both design and construction.
• Understanding of the requirements of the local state and federal jurisdictions involved in federal construction projects
• Communication, Language, and Software Skills with the ability to utilize a variety of software programs to monitor, update, and produce work products by applying knowledge of computer literacy.
