JOB OVERVIEW

The Renewal Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and renewing existing customer contracts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and renew existing customer contracts
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 3 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
