We take pride in our commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients and residents. We're currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Project Manager to join our team.

Qualifications:

• POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage a portfolio of 10-15 remodeling projects concurrently, overseeing every aspect from inception to completion.
• Coordinate project tasks including scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and aligning scopes with crew leaders.
• Utilize project management and accounting software proficiently.
• Evaluate project proposals, costs, markups, and profitability.
• Ensure accurate invoicing and handle accounts receivable duties.
• Maintain seamless communication with crew leaders to keep projects on track.
• Provide guidance and support to crew leaders, addressing project needs promptly.
• Familiarize yourself with project scopes and plans, facilitating smooth execution.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer among stakeholders, ensuring clarity on scopes and changes.
• Perform final inspections to ensure project quality and completion.
• Foster collaboration with Remodeling, Maintenance, and Property Management departments to meet project requirements.
• Stay abreast of local and national building codes.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities as necessary.
• Demonstrate general knowledge of construction, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and HVAC systems.
• Efficiently manage project timelines and budgets, balancing realism with ambition.
• Deliver insightful presentations on project progress, profitability, and areas for enhancement.
• Proficient and consistent use of company software including shared calendars, collaboration programs, and databases: Podio, Microsoft Office Suite, Asana
• Undertake any other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
• Familiarity with materials and supplies used in LPG construction projects.
• Aptitude for quick problem-solving and adaptability.
• Strong leadership skills coupled with exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
• Willingness to learn and adapt to company software systems.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across various LPG departments.
• Access to a phone compatible with the Quickbooks Time App.
• Dedication to delivering outstanding customer service.
• Exemplary organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
