This role requires a minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in Civil Litigation, particularly in class action settings. Job Details
Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of complex class action litigation including discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and trial execution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case strategies and positions.
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys, paralegals, and other legal professionals to ensure the most effective representation for our clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing clear communication and updates throughout the litigation process.
• Advocate passionately and effectively for our clients in court, arbitration, mediation, and settlement negotiations.
• Stay abreast of legal developments related to class action litigation and civil litigation more generally, and apply this knowledge to the benefit of our clients.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Civil Litigation, with a focus on class action litigation.
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
• Proven track record of success in class action litigation, including substantial experience in discovery, motion practice, and trial.
• Exceptional legal research and writing skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to handle complex legal issues and cases.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interface with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and team members.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical judgment.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, while also taking initiative and working independently as needed.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple cases and deadlines concurrently.
• Proficiency in legal research software and other relevant technology.
• Commitment to client service and a passion for achieving justice for our clients.
