Job Details

Currently they are looking for Wood Flooring Installers who can work in and around the Park City area.

Responsibilities :

• Removal of existing flooring products in residential structures
• Work within manufacturer & estimator guidelines to prepare & apply new flooring products; engineered wood, hardwood, LVP, vinyl, laminate, tile, carpet, etc.
• Assess any potential issues during the installation process & and implement action to resolve them in a timely manner
• Always present job site professionalism; including thorough clean up, professional attire, and maintaining a safety-first environment.

Requirements :

• 2 years of Flooring Installation experience preferred
• Familiarity with common flooring installation best practices & processes
• Accountability : Ability to work well independently as well as a part of a team
• Customer Obsession : Professional, respectful, & responsive communication skills
• Integrity : Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in workmanship.
• Commitment : Motivated to get the job done right
• Ability to bend, squat and work on knees for extended periods of time
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
