Most importantly, they strive to cultivate an environment that celebrates talented legal professionals. QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of patent litigation experience and must be admitted to practice in Washington. A pharmaceutical-related background is preferred. Admission to practice in the U.S.P.T.O. is also preferred. Candidates must be self-starters who possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The selected candidate will work closely with experienced IP Litigation attorneys who will provide active mentoring and opportunities to assume increasing levels of responsibility and client contact.
