``` Duties: - Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant - Escort guests to their tables and provide menus - Take food and drink orders from guests - Enter orders into the POS system (Aloha POS) - Ensure accurate and timely delivery of food and beverages to guests - Check on guests throughout their dining experience to ensure satisfaction - Process payment transactions and provide receipts - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area Requirements: - Previous experience in guest services or customer service roles preferred - Knowledge of restaurant or hotel operations is a plus - Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar POS systems is a bonus - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and processing payments - A friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for hospitality and food service Please note that this position may require standing for long periods of time and lifting trays or other items weighing up to 25 pounds.
