Love Financial Services, Inc. is Hiring an Office Manager Near Terre Haute, IN

Love Financial Services, Inc. is seeking an Office Manager. You will act as the ‘face’ of our company and ensure visitors receive a heart-warming welcome. You will coordinate all office activities including calls, scheduling appointments, and other clerical tasks. As an Office Manager, you should combine a pleasant personality with a dynamic professional attitude to lead customer/client communications. Our ideal candidate has a solid customer service approach as well as a "can do" attitude and is able to work proactively on all office duties and needs.

Hours: Monday - Thursday 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Please note: A background check is required for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Data entry
  • Create marketing emails and newsletter
  • Ensure the office is kept clean and in a professional manner
  • Schedule client appointments
  • Ensure timely and accurate customer service
  • Escalate urgent matters to owner
  • Ensure proper mail distribution
  • Completing client forms: data entry, faxing, scanning, etc.
  • Run report from company software
  • Ensure company’s policies and security requirements are met

Skills

  • Proven work experience in office setting
  • Excellent professional and inter-personal communication. Customer servicee is key!
  • Problem-solving abililties
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office. Must have experience in Word and Excel (You will be asked to demonstrate skills in interview)
  • Hands on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines, scanners and printers)
  • Positive mental attitude
  • A "think outside of the box" person who is a team player
  • Proficiency in English (oral and written)
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • High School diploma; additional certification is a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Benefits:
