Summary of Role: The NH Permit Coordinator serves as the local field-based resource for applying, picking up, and delivering permits to job sites. They work directly with city and county building departments to ensure timely permit collection. Developing and following standard operating procedures and communicating in real time with the Supervisor, they will create transparency of lot and community level permit statuses. The ideal candidate for this role will reside in the Central Valley of Northern California, preferably in the area of Modesto, CA or Merced, CA. The base pay for this position ranges from $22.66/hour to $40.78/hour. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
