Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Generation: Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and prospect new clients. Develop a deep understanding of client needs and provide tailored advertising solutions.
  • Strategic Selling: Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to present compelling advertising proposals that align with clients' business objectives. Be a strategic partner in delivering comprehensive advertising solutions.
  • Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Use insights to position our agency as a leader in the advertising space.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline, manage leads, and track progress through the sales cycle. Utilize CRM tools to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including account management, creative and media, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and projects.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in advertising sales, with a focus on meeting or exceeding revenue and profit targets.
  • Strong understanding of the advertising industry, market dynamics, and client needs.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a high level of initiative and drive.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Previous experience in a full-service advertising agency is a plus.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-10 years of successful experience in advertising sales.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
