Handles incoming calls and operates a switchboard between 9am and 5pm daily. Manages the Company’s lobby area, greets and directs all visitors, including vendors, customers, and job candidates. Handles general administrative duties and overflow projects from other office employees including word processing, data entry, and Internet research tasks.
POSITION SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Professionally answer, administer and direct all incoming calls and emails appropriately while providing basic information when needed
Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner
Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, scanning documents
Arrange Catering for meetings
Assist in shipping packages via USPS and FedEx
Organizing maintenance to keep the office clean and safe and ensure office equipment such as copier, postage meter is in good working order
Order and compile supplies for all locations
Work within our Customer Rewards Program and assist customers with Rewards points
Direct guest feedback to appropriate contact
