Your Job Purpose:
As a Commissioning Coordinator with LotusWorks, you will be managing a portfolio of construction projects and reporting to the Senior Project Manager and Program Manager. This job is based in a state-of the-art global facility in Santa Clara, California.

The Commissioning Coordinator is responsible for driving and monitoring the tool progress in the facility, overseeing commissioning efforts, interfacing with relevant stakeholders (trade partners, tool owners, system owners, etc.), and mitigating risks to ensure the implementation of the construction scope and a safe working environment.
Your Job Description:

  • We're seeking an individual committed to championing safety excellence in our projects.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of Work Control Processes, prioritizing safe work practices daily.
  • Be a subject matter expert on the commissioning process.
  • Housekeeping: Ensure project work areas adhere to stringent housekeeping standards and possess expertise in material handling and decontamination processes.
  • Interruption Mitigation: Take ownership in identifying and addressing potential disruptions to production, proactively implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Pre-task Planning: Conduct thorough daily area inspections, ensuring work zones are safe before proceeding, while actively coaching team members on proactive safety measures.
  • Support quality programs by understanding inspection timing, ensuring readiness for inspections, and contributing to reliable milestone delivery.
  • 3rd Party Collaboration: Coordinate with third-party testing and certification entities, aligning their activities with project milestones for seamless integration.
  • Integrate tool manufacturer dependencies, assembly requirements, and logistical needs into project execution.
  • Work Controls: Oversee and coordinate various project activities in compliance with established processes, ensuring seamless coordination across multiple platforms.

In this role, you'll excel in:

  • Coordination Mastery: Engage in Last Planner System practices, contributing actively to pull planning, weekly work planning, and daily huddle sessions. Identify and resolve field conflicts and ensure alignment with project activities.
  • Schedule Management: Effectively communicate short interval scheduling priorities to align with contractor plans and the overarching project schedule.

Job Requirements:
Education/ Experience:

  • Foreman level, 4 years in semiconductor construction, OR
  • 2-year technical degree, 2 years in Semiconductor Construction, OR
  • 4-year technical degree, 1 year in Semiconductor Construction
