Your Job Purpose:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Chemical and Gas Dispense Unit Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing pre-walks on chemical and gas dispense units, ensuring readiness for safety level 1 and safety level 2 EHS walks. Additionally, the candidate will be involved in commissioning drum and tote cabinets, valve manifold boxes, gas cabinets, high purity piping, and tubing.

Your Job Description:

• Conduct field walks on chemical and gas dispense units to ensure operational readiness.
• Prepare units for safety level 1 and safety level 2 EHS walks.
• Commission drum and tote cabinets, valve manifold boxes, gas cabinets, high purity piping, and tubing.
• Collaborate with engineering and safety teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with dispense units as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
• Follow established protocols for handling hazardous materials and chemicals.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on safety procedures and equipment operation.

Qualifications:

• Exceptional organization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to safety.
• High energy and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in a Semiconductor or industrial setting.
• Chemical Engineering degree preferred.
