Lotus Care LLC is recruiting a Behavioral Support Specialist to join our team of Independent living skills / In-Home Support services
Requirement: Staff will need to be experienced working with high behaviors clients. Background in Mental health education or certification is required to successfully perform this job.
Starting Pay: $27 during the week and $30.00 during the weekend - per hour (based on experience)
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds or less
- Ability to walk and run up to 2 miles.
- Ability to sustain great energy torwards the whole shift.
- Ability to be quick on your feet - to prevent elopment.
PM shift : 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Every Other Weekend--- 02:00 PM To 10:00 PM
Location: - Coon Rapids

-Being a job coach, life coach, and teammate to a person who has more barriers in their life than most.
-Establish open lines of communication for individuals with mental or emotional issues
Each candidate must possess a valid drivers license and pass a Minnesota State background check.
