Job description:

Lotus Care LLC is recruiting a female or male candidate to join our team of Night Supervision.

- Female or Male Candidate can apply for the position.

Night supervision is provided to vulnerable adults who successfully live on their own with varying levels of support.

Starting Pay: $22- $23 per hour (based on experience)

Hours are typically 7 days on and 7 days off.

Requirement:

· Staff will need to be experienced working with client displaying low to mild behaviors.

· Background in Mental health education or certification is required to successfully perform this job.

· Staff will need to be experienced working with clients needing personal care services.

-Being a positive influence in a person’s life and assisting a person in making responsible choices.

-Ability to stay awake at night.

-Provide prevention-oriented therapy

-Implement and review treatment plans

-Collaborate with additional treatment providers

-Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner

-Creativity and problem solving with the individual to meet life’s challenges and develop personal goals.

-Being a job coach, life coach, and teammate to a person who has more barriers in their life than most.

-Establish open lines of communication for individuals with mental or emotional issues

Each candidate must possess a valid driver’s license and pass a Minnesota State background check.
