We are looking to add one more attorney on our Pre-litigation team! This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys interested in personal injury law who do not want the stress and long work hours of a trial attorney!
Pre-Litigation:
- We offer a hybrid work environment consisting of 3 days in-office and 2 days remote each week!
- Negotiate personal injury cases (mostly car accident) pre-suit.
- Help clients navigate the personal injury process with a goal of settlement.
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong organization skills
- Ability to understand common car accident injuries and read medical records
- Open to new and experienced lawyers!!!
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
