Longmont Dairy Farm is one of the largest home milk delivery services in all of the front range. We have deliverable routes from Loveland to Caste Pines. To keep up with the demand we now have two sales offices, one in Longmont and one in Centennial.

Earn Uncapped Income

Our sales representatives receive a generous Commission-Based compensation package, allowing for increased income for each sales representative as they excel. A 60-day probationary period includes guaranteed base pay. Once the probationary period ends, the position will graduate to a commission-based structure including first commissions, second commissions, and a monthly mileage reimbursement. An average first-year sales representative will earn $65,000.

Work schedule hours vary throughout the year. An ideal candidate is willing to have a flexible schedule and be self-motivated to adjust their own hours to meet their goals. Suggested hours in the summer months include 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and in the winter months 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, Saturdays recommended.

To be qualified to join our team you will need to:

• Provide a Current Driver’s License.
• Own a Reliable Vehicle.
• Basic Technological Skills to Navigate an iPad.
• Ability to Navigate a Route.
• Negotiation skills.
• Pass a Criminal Background Check.
• A Clean, Well-Groomed Appearance is Required. (Uniform badges, shirts, and caps are provided upon hire.)

Job Type: Full-time

Commission: $60,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, Saturdays recommended.
