Long Cove Club is Hiring a Food and Beverage Supervisor Near Hilton Head Island, SC

Long Cove Club is seeking a F&B Dining Room Supervisor to join our team. We are looking for a professional, collaborative, and highly organized individual to support our members and guests. Our F&B Supervisor has a crucial role in the smooth and efficient running of our F&B operations.

  • Evening, weekend, and Holiday availability are required
  • Travel pay provided to ALL team members (max $150/month)

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily F&B service, ensuring high visibility and member/guest interaction.
  • Manage opening/closing of dining operations as per schedule.
  • Maintain daily SOPs for efficient delegation and completion.
  • Conduct pre-service lineups and supervise service team daily.
  • Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training F&B team members, leveraging previous experience in team member development.
  • Input daily menus and specials into POS System.
  • Communicate with leadership to ensure member satisfaction and address needs, drawing on previous experience in high-end hospitality settings.
  • Oversee F&B team, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations, leveraging strong understanding of restaurant operations and safety regulations.
  • Address member/guest complaints and advise management on corrective actions, utilizing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Monitor dress codes, complete daily reports, and manage labor costs, demonstrating ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and efficiently.
  • Ensure revenue and cost control procedures are followed, drawing on proven track record of achieving operational goals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years F&B management experience in fine dining, clubs, or resorts, preferably in high-end hospitality settings.
  • Proven track record of effectively leading and motivating a team to deliver exceptional service and achieve operational goals.
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house procedures, inventory management, and member relations.
  • Experience in training and developing team members to uphold service standards and enhance their professional skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance and maintain a clean and safe dining environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with members, team members, and management.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and efficiently, while maintaining a positive attitude and focus on member satisfaction.
  • Relevant certifications or education in hospitality management or a related field preferred.
