Job Description

The Food and Beverage Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the food and beverage department at our Hilton Head Island location. This includes managing staff, ensuring quality service, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for guests and employees.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train food and beverage staff.
• Ensure quality service is provided to guests.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and employees.
• Manage inventory and ordering of supplies.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures.
• Monitor and maintain financial records.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues.
• Ensure that all guest feedback is received throughout the dining experience.
• Ensure all staff is adhering to local food and beverage liquor board guidelines.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in food and beverage management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems
