We are seeking a BILINGUAL Customer Care Specialist to join our Lokey Volkswagen team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, sales support, and maintaining customer relationships. The main goals of this position are to set appointments, give customer's quality and friendly interactions, and assist with any questions the customer may have. We are looking for a reliable and flexible candidate, preferably with previous customer service experience and one that is bilingual in Spanish & English.

The position requires you to work with a small team in an individual office setting from the rest of the dealership. We are looking for someone who is a team player, bilingual, and someone who is comfortable working in a sit-down office setting. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who can empathize with all of our customers with a wide variety of needs, coming from all walks of life.

We do provide two weeks of paid training for this position to get you prepared for all aspects and potential interactions encountered while in the position. By the end of the training, you will get VW company & product knowledge certified.

Duties:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat
- Provide product information and other information to customers
- Handle inbound internet & phone inquiries

- Turn lead inquiries into appointments booked

- Monitor and carry out the workflow activities set up by management, including customer inquiry follow-up & appointment confirmation
- Support the sales team by working through the sales pipeline
- Be a resource for customers to handle all their questions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services
- Be comfortable with objection handling, lead handling, campaigning & other general customer service expectations

Experience:

- Previous experience in customer service or inbound & outbound sales
- Knowledge of automotive sales is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
-Proficiency in English & Spanish

- Computer Literacy Skills
- Familiarity with Customer Service techniques

- The ability to empathize with customers and carry emotional intelligence into every interaction
