Lokey Volkswagen Sales Specialists are Expected to:

• Put in the effort to be a top performer
• Greet guests with enthusiasm and kindness
• Collaborate with other departments within dealership
• Enhance customer experience by providing exceptional service and product knowledge
• Understand your customer
• Have experience with NEW & Pre-owned vehicle sales
• Bring sales experience to the role
• Use excellent communication & interpersonal skills to build rapport & develop trust with all customers
• Carry out duties, such as assisting clients with vehicle selection, conduct test drives, negotiate sale closure in clear & concise way, & maintaining accurate sales documentation.
• Attend events, meetings, trainings & all other items as required
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, accessories, financing options & promotions
• Perform customer follow-ups
• Perform other duties as assigned

Additional Qualifications:

• Verifiable sales performance
• Demonstrated ability in relationship selling
• Exceptional communication, customer service, problem solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
• Able to achieve goals with limited direct supervision
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Outgoing & friendly attitude
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Basic computer proficiency
• Experience with CRM software and other dealer software's utilized is PLUS!
• Automotive sales experience is appreciated
