Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, such as hotels, residential homes, or commercial establishments. Your attention to detail and excellent organizational skills will ensure that our clients' spaces are clean and inviting.
Duties:
- Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Make beds and change linens
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Restock supplies such as toiletries and cleaning products
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel
- Adhere to housekeeping schedules and complete assigned tasks in a timely manner
Experience:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work is preferred
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus
- Familiarity with floor care procedures (e.g., waxing, buffing) is beneficial
- Experience in the hospitality industry or housekeeping management is an advantage
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
