We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team. The Product Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the design, development, and successful launch of innovative products within the property technology sector. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to market launch, while ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends. Additionally, this role will involve collaborating with international development teams, project management, addressing product operation issues, and necessitates excellent analytical skills. The ideal candidate will also have a strong quantitative appetite, enabling them to leverage data-driven insights to inform product decisions and optimize performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify customer needs, pain points, and emerging trends within the property technology sector.
  • Interview customers and gather feedback to understand user requirements and preferences, translating insights into actionable product features and enhancements.
  • Develop comprehensive product specifications, user stories, and wireframes to guide product development efforts.
  • Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that optimize user engagement and satisfaction.
  • Define and prioritize product features based on business objectives, market demand, technical feasibility, and resource constraints.
  • Drive the product development process, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management, using agile methodologies.
  • Lead go-to-market (GTM) initiatives, collaborating with marketing and sales teams to develop effective launch plans, messaging, and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with international development teams located in the EU and Asia to coordinate product development efforts, ensuring alignment with project timelines and objectives.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively to deliver high-quality products on schedule and within budget constraints.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and user feedback to measure product performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Proactively identify and address product operation issues, working closely with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Utilize strong quantitative skills to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize product performance and user experience.
  • Engage with enterprise customers to understand their technical and operational challenges, providing tailored solutions and support to address their needs.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with enterprise customers, serving as a trusted advisor and advocate for their success.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements to inform product strategy and roadmap decisions.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, contributing to their professional growth and development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in product management or relevant jobs, proven tracking record of success. 
  • Demonstrated experience in managing enterprise customer relationships and providing solutions for technical and operational challenges.
  • Strong quantitative skills, with the ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to drive product strategy and performance optimization.
  • Experience working with global teams (North America/Europe/Asia) and managing projects across different time zones and cultures.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to synthesize complex data and market insights to inform product decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic mindset, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to address customer needs and market opportunities.
  • Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles and methodologies, with a focus on creating intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
