- Answering calls
- Filing paperwork
- Minor coin sorting
- Invoicing customers
- Greeting individuals in a retail environment
- 2 years' receptionist experience
- Prior experience in a financial institution preferred
- Candidate must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with applicants
- Must be available to work 8:30am-5pm Monday through Friday
- Must be willing to submit to a drug screen and background check
- MUST be trustworthy, as this position does require handling of precious metals, coins and jewelry
