HR Coordinator Temp

Position Overview:
Seeking an HR Coordinator to assist the HR team with daily functions, focusing heavily on employee benefits.
Under the Direction of the Benefits Specialist, the HR Coordinator provides administrative support focusing on Benefits analysis, with minimal oversight and supervision.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to employees in regards to benefits, claims, eligibility, and general human resource inquiries.
  • Monthly reconciliation between carriers and HRIS system
  • Assistance with 401(k) Project
  • Review and approve/deny new hire and life event benefit elections and eligible dependents.
  • Assist with monthly vendor billing for Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, Critical Illness and Accident.
  • Assists HR team members with administrative duties to assist in the daily operations.
  • All other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualification Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with employee benefits and 401(k).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Ability to work within a team environment.
  • Ability to work with minimal oversight.
  • Attention to detail.

Assignment Details:

  • Temporary indefinite assignment.
  • Minimum of six months.
  • Pay will be $18 per hour.
