Locally Owned Construction Company is Hiring an Office Assistant Near Ridgeland, MS

  • Must have previous clerical and basic administrative experience.
  • Must have the ability to work with basic computer programs in Microsoft.
  • Must have the ability and willingness to work in several specialized programs tailored to company needs.
  • Must be able to prepare daily and weekly reports for company.
  • Good computer and communication skills are a must.
  • Must be able to multi-task and work in busy situations.
  • Strong customer & phone skills are a required to working with our customer base.
  • Position requires a dependable candidate and who enjoys working with others.
  • Work hours are Monday-Friday 7:30 am till 4:30 pm.
