OMBUDSMAN POSITION Part time Local Office on Aging, Inc. (LOA) currently seeks a dependable person to provide advocacy and complaint resolution for individuals in nursing homes and assisted living facilities.

Tasks include investigating complaints in Long Term Care Facilities and mediating resolutions as well as non-complaint visits to facilities.

A Bachelor's Degree is required with experience in working with Nursing Homes and Assisted Living Facilities preferred. Older workers are encouraged to apply.
