LMC is working with an innovative Mechanical Engineering Consultancy firm that specialises in building automation and has a keen focus on sustainability and digital transformation.

We are currently looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer with HVAC experience to join our Client's Seattle office. You will be exposed to a fast-paced environment where you will have full autonomy to develop and train your team.

The Role

• You will lead a team of junior engineers on multiple projects within North America.
• Deliver key projects to clients from the start of the project to the finish
• Communicate with key stakeholders when needed for updates on project progress
• Oversee the full project lifecycle
• Act as a mentor for junior engineers
• Adhere to all processes within the projects

Required Experience Qualifications :

• BS in Mechanical Engineering
• Must have Professional Engineering License
• 3 - 5 years of experience in HVAC, Commissioning Engineering and/or Data Analytics
• A keen eye for data and data science is preferable
• Experience leading a team of mechanical engineers in support of optimizing building operations in a campus environment
• Ability to interact effectively with others in a team environment
• Excellent understanding of Engineering Fundamentals
• Flexibility to manage multiple tasks and meet scheduled deadlines
• Professional attitude and commitment to high-quality work
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Adaptability to learn new platforms and ways to manipulate and access data and recognize patterns for rule creation
