Due to our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced, self-motivated, and customer focused Site Manager to join our team in Eagle Lake!

This full-time position will have you involved in all areas of property management! You will focus on turning prospects into residents by showing & leasing units as well as assisting in the management of resident issues, help maintain the properties' physical condition, work with service providers, and coordinate maintenance responsibilities.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Lease and show units
  • Assist with rent collection and delinquencies
  • Enforce occupancy policies and procedures
  • Day-to-day resident relations and correspondence
  • Achieve resident retention via community engagement and activities
  • Complete unit turnover maintenance and cleaning
  • Light maintenance and grounds around the property and in resident units
  • Daily property rounds checking on curb appeal, litter, and safety concerns
  • Inspect units and overall property condition
  • Carry a company issued cell phone and be available after hours for emergencies as needed
  • Submit various monthly and annual reports
  • Comply with Fair Housing Laws and perform tasks in a fair, ethical, and consistent manner
  • Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas
  • Other miscellaneous tasks as needed

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of relevant computer applications (Office 365, Yardi, etc.)
  • Must have a valid US Driver's License
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidential information
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check in accordance with the Kari Koskinen Act
  • Knowledge of property management a bonus
