YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO OUR SUCCESS!:A Site Manager contributes to AHF by providing strategic leadership and oversight at their all-in-one wellness and healthcare center. They actively co-lead cross-functional teams alongside the Medical Director, Nurse Manager, and Wellness Manager, ensuring effective management of day-to-day operations, employee engagement, and patient satisfaction initiatives. This dedication guarantees the seamless delivery of care in alignment with AHF's objectives of retention and census growth. The SM's leadership extends across patient growth and retention, client experience, and operational performance. The SM also serves as the primary financial performance manager in collaboration with AHF's revenue cycle team. I addition to these responsibilities, the Site Manager plays a crucial role in policy development, process improvement, and cultivating relationships with service providers enhancing the overall wellness and healthcare experience for AHF's clients.
A Site Manager enhances the reputation of AHF by serving as a dedicated patient advocate committed to removing obstacles to care. Collaborating closely with the Medical Director, Nurse Manager, and Wellness Manager, the Site Manager ensures the all-in-one wellness and healthcare center operates seamlessly by championing a patient-centric approach and actively fostering a supportive environment for both the healthcare team and the patients.

Licenses/ Certifications: Bachelor's Degree required in revelant field(s) such as, but not limited to: Public Health, Healthcare Administartion, Business Administration.
