SUMMARY

The primary focus is to serve in a support capacity for end-users and to help maintain security, software and hardware, records.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Receive and respond to incoming tickets or e-mails regarding technology related items, resolving problems in a timely and professional manner.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technology related problems for end-users, and recommend and implement corrective solutions.
• Provide end-user support for all systems used.
• Assist in providing in-person or remote technology training for new employees.
• Open security ticket to be resolved.
• Assess and provide solutions on company risks associated with technologies.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and adherence to all procedures.
• Track equipment through inventory records.
• Maintain assets and locations records.
• Work and coordinate outsourced IT support services.
• Perform all other duties assigned and those that may be necessary to achieve company and departmental goals.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

In school for a Two or Four-year degree in Computer Science or related field.
