LJ's Cleaning Solutions is Hiring a Full Charge Bookkeeper Near Phoenix, AZ
Position: Full-charge Bookkeeper (MUST BE FULL-CHARGE WITH AT LEAST 10 YEARS EXPERIENCE.
Location: Phoenix, Arizona
Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm
This position is not available to work remotely. Must be able to work on site at 59th Ave and Buckeye Rd location.
Pay Rate: $22.00 - $25.00 / Hour (D.O.E)
Excellent growth opportunity for a skilled full-charge bookkeeper with a strong proficiency in QuickBooks (QB Desktop Enterprise and QB online) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR),Accounts Payable (AP) and General Ledger (GL) processes and possess a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

- Job Responsibilities:
- Process vendor invoices and payments
- Resolve various requests and questions regarding accounting related matters
- Maintain vendor relationships
- Reconcile various accounts on a daily basis and research discrepancies
- Reconcile monthly general ledger control accounts to sub-ledger detail
- Manage financial records for multiple entities using QuickBooks
- Ensure timely and accurate entry of financial data.
Requirements:
- QuickBooks Desktop Experience- Must Have Experience to apply
- Microsoft Excel experience
- Comfortable in a high-volume, fast paced environment
- Background check
