Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in patient care, medical terminology, diagnostic evaluation, and medical documentation. Knowledge of data collection, applied behavior analysis, HIPAA regulations, and working with people with developmental disabilities is essential for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement behavioral interventions and strategies
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Provide training and support to caregivers and other professionals
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care

Experience:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification required
- Experience in behavioral therapy and working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis
- Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
