As a Behavior Analyst (BCBA / BCaBA) you will provide family-centered ABA services to clients. Your primary responsibilities will be conducting assessments, writing and implementing behavior plans, data collection, and training / supervising behavior technicians.

Ascend Development Care LLC is looking for a positive and upbeat Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBA) for the Palm Beach county area. Must have a passion for helping individuals diagnosed with autism or other developmental disabilities. We provide individual and evidenced-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in a variety of settings for ages toddler to adult.

The role of the Board-Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA)

· Assess individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities using curricular, standardized, and functional behavior assessments. Write treatment plans with individualized goals and objectives and monitor progress based on data.

· Conduct face-to-face team meetings with caregivers and technicians on a regular basis to monitor progress and treatment integrity of the intervention.

· Build and maintain positive family/caregiver relationships by coaching and training families on current goals for their child.
Qualifications

• US work authorization (Preferred)
