Position Title: REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN

The Behavior Technician provides 1:1 therapy to client in home, school, or community settings. RBTs assist in delivering behavior analysis services and practice under the direction and close supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Depending on the job duties and responsibilities assigned by the supervising behavior analyst, RBTs may be required to:

• Provide behavior support inside and outside of the home, classroom, or community-based setting.
• Apply behavioral principles in all interactions with clients and parent training.
• Follow the treatment plan, targets, and BIPs created and overseen by BCBA.
• Attend required training sessions and meetings.
• Complete daily notes using ABA terminology.
• Safely manage challenging behaviors including aggression, tantrums, non-compliance, or other behavioral challenges.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
